Yeh that happened with me when i had London to Milton Keynes route i definetely bought it but it disappeared from my purchase list for some reason...
Agree its frustrating when you turn up at a station and theres no passengers thats been there since TSW was released it needs an overhaul

How is the Airedale route running on xbox i held off buying it at launch cause of issues on release for previous routes
I played east coastway yesterday there was a buzzer on the 170 when the doors were closed and also there was a bell in the 375 on Medway Valley
Medway is one of the best routes imo detail wise is incredible i wish all were as good as that
I held off buying the Airedale route cause of bugs and things whether there has been any or not i will get in a sale possibly
My settings havent changed from TSW6 its surely a bug cause it should be working ive reported now

TSW7 release has been a disaster so many issue i got the free starter pack cause i didnt want to waste money on the routes you knew would have...

I tried to do some timetable mode earlier on Medway Valley and Manchester Commuter on xbox when i went to turn the headlights on i hovered over it...
I cant click on some things like going to turn headlights on i cant when i hover over it nothing happens or when i use the d pad to open and close...
I really dont like the new controls set up its confusing wish we had just the TSW6 setup it was much better do DTG have any plans to change it

Yeh it happened on Medway Valley and the same on Manchester Commuter so i think its happening on all the trains tbh
