This is my biggest gripe with the TSW. All routes ends with many small but immersion breaking bugs, which will not be fixed, like missing or wrong...

Yes this is a bug. There needs to be different signalling when two signals are too close. The same bugs are on Frankfurt Fulda route.
I've done some tests and in the original Dresden-Riesa route is this working right with the right "13" signals. So it is a new problem.
