I have only experienced this when resuming a saved game. Never happened to me otherwise.
I'd rather they made Train Sim UK if that meant all the interconnected mainlines, than have multiple disjointed, half-finished bits of track...
I can confirm I'm seeing the same issues when continuing from a saved state.
I have seen this on several occasions. It seems to be random and cannot be easily reproduced.
I'm getting the DSD bug without any tweaks, on a completely vanilla install. Needless to say, it's rather annoying, especially on headphones.
