Yeah, we did it based on feedback for the most recent patch for the route, we also added a new journey mode with freight and DMU services.
They're playable with the correct stock yes so you can now enjoy the challenge of hauling a heavy freight train on Gen8. The trains are in a...
Nope, only Series S.
We didn't, it's only Series S.
From many players the route was unplayable on series s as it crashed quite often, this has been done to try and reduce crashes by removing trains...
If honest I was confused too but I think it's in regards to the scenarios not limiting speed limit depending on what you're driving.
So Series S has had certain things removed to try and help with stability, no playable trains have been removed, just AI. In regards to DMU and...
That post was just about the Mk2's included, there'll be another dev log showing off the buffet :)
I've removed it ready for the patch.
The update for the 142 has been completed for a while and is just awaiting release.
The first services for moves should be selectable unless I accidentally missed some off.
Due to the way the core works each reversal needs to be split hence there's a ton of ECS moves under the hood. The reason I don't have most shown...
With hedges and walls we use a modified spline tool that allows it to snap to terrain and objects which really quickens things in areas with more...
Snow ploughs are related to the number of the locomotive so it's a bit pot luck as to whether you get one.
It's not random, London Euston services are the main ones with Mk3's.
You'd have thought that but BR with the 87's decided to link it to the transformer so when it goes out (for example a neutral section) it cuts...
We're definitely looking into this but until then one thing I'd recommend testing is turning off all the AI only layers which are Blackpool South,...
Rest assured me and the team are looking at all bugs on here and ones reported elsewhere but compiling a list of ones which we're working on would...
The cause isn't actually that, with the glass it seems to be when you look through two glass materials at the same time (train glass is separate...
Even if we finish the patch next week it needs to go through a testing process which could take a few weeks before it is published.
It's also present on the 142 as well, with me living near Peterborough and knowing other places like Loughborough I assumed Middlesbrough was the...
They are Preston to Carlisle services but they go via the Cumbrian Coast hence you finish the service at Carnforth.
So teatime requires only Blackpool Branches Vans requires BR Heavy Freight Kingmoor Wagons and CarlisleTripWorkings requires BR Heavy Freight,...
Yeah it's a little easter egg to the original Kuju signals from TSC.
Double checked the sectional appendix for 1988 as well as checking multiple cab rides and it seems like Strickland OHNS was a newer addition as...
Have you got any more info on Clifton's neutral section as the cab ride I've got from around the era doesn't seem to have any magnets at Clifton...
There's actually quite a lot so listing would be a task in itself, most are just locomotive run rounds or coupling rather than something substantial.
Yeah I agree with you, I'll look into doing that for a patch.
This is intentional but due to the way the game works. Anything that needs to switch cab to reverse needs to be a new service for it to work...
Off to top of my head it's: South of Carlisle North of Penrith Tebay South of Oxenholme South of Morecambe North Junction In between Lancaster and...
Since you upgraded to TSW5 your controls might have switched themselves, try switching either to classic or immersion to see if that helps.
We're busy compiling a list to be included with the first update. One thing to note with the first thing you've mentioned if you hold ctrl + a...
The AI drivers being in the wrong cab on some diagrams (it seems to only affect diagrams that have a loco run round or reversal) didn't come up in...
Only the Euston diagrams have mk3's
When you move the power controller to off it'll dump all power and you have to wait for it to run down before you can reapply. The first black...
I'm surprised it lists some as the timetable should be the exact same as the PC one.
Nope he's right.
The BG replaces other brake vehicles so BFK, BSO and stuff, they're in the middle of some rakes as they're diagrams that split.
I'll answer this one here, no it seems :P
So are you not able to drive the locomotive at all?
At Blackpool, Preston and Kirkham the signals should change before doors are closed.
Yeah, we're working on a patch now with some other requested fixes timetable and stock wise now we're back after the Christmas break.
Sorry I missed this, I've rarely checked this part of the forum as I only check the feedback thread mainly so had no idea. There has been no...
Just a heads up. Creators club for the route seems to now be sorted for the route now so you can upload scenarios and liveries for the class 142.
We've done it so if you press the local open button when the doors are open it simulates you pressing both buttons.
Tees valley wasn't made with substituons in mind as the only thing the 101 could have subbed with at the time was the 101 for NTP.
Pretty much exactly this. When Ed set up the RVD's it just appeared on the route.
So we seem to have found a culprit in regards to the performance between this section and aim to have it in the upcoming patch with other fixes...
I think I'll look into splitting the service in half.
With it being a separate topic it's gone unnoticed as I'm mainly just looking in the main Blackpool thread.
Separate names with a comma.
