Is it possible to purchase the Zwolle to Groningen route Add-On with the Deluxe Edition of the game, or is it only available for the Special Edition?

I have linked the signals to the track and then I start the route timetable. I step into the cockpit when I have to leave, the signal remains red....

This is an ICMM train from the NS. Dutch trains do not yet exist in Train Sim World. It would be really cool if that were to happen.
