I did touch the DRA I believe it's a bug and have reported to DTG I also saw your other thread about the DRA shutting down cab.
It might be that the DRA bugs the train out and doesn't allow it to move even if it's turned off.
I had the same thing with an 802. Expect my brakes did release but the train wouldn't move at all. Im on Xbox series S.
