That would also be amazing also
I set the suggestion in 2018, as when the 360s started on the MML, the 222s stopped stopping anywhere south of Kettering on a regular basis.
I've mentioned this in another thread but for me, the TSW3 music is way better than the others. In my opinion the others are way too intense,...
Introduction: The route starts at Bedford, about 45 miles north of London. We then head south, to St. Pancras, where trains can terminate at the...
Don't forget the TSW3 theme, which in my opinion blasts everything after it out of the park.
They'd be shooting themselves in the foot if they didn't pre-plan for it.
They also said the ICE-T will have updated sounds, but it won't.
Hard to disagree with that. I also don't buy all this "We'd have to rebuild the timetable from scratch", since when the AI services were added to...
It's quite interesting to see where there are areas of the UK that have less routes than others. For example Wales, Hampshire/Dorset and that...
I'd like to hope the 220 would appear on Birmingham cross-city, as the timetable pack for that route was fairly recent and they must have been...
When the extended SEHS was released, owners of the original got the newer version for free.
[ATTACH] Here, on the July roadmap, it clearly states that "Core performance optimisations" will be coming to TSW6. However I also remember on the...
I'm all for London routes, but I would like to see less of those tiny A-B routes that offer barely any playability. For example Gospel Oak to...
In your defence I'd consider Fife Circle 0.5 routes as it is still awaiting a proper timetable.
Will the route be able to be played on gen 9 console without the textures blurring (without having to turn layers off)?
All would be good routes to me, but here's my order with preferred 1. SWML (ideally 2017 or before) 2. SEML (any time that has 465s) 3. Chatham...
You actually had me for a second! :o
I do hope they sound clearer without the loud diesel engines, but even then they did still sound quiet at Exeter St. Thomas. A slider would be...
Barely. At least for the platform announcements, the on-train ones are fine.
I've tried to temper my expectations since we haven't seen much of TSW6, but the Riviera line will be a lovely drive if it's done properly....
To me it looks like it's leaning into the banked track, as the bogie is at the same angle to the rest of the train.
It's quite concerning. I saw on the recent video of the gameplay footage that the layer selector said "Note: You may run into performance issues...
Am I the only person who can barely hear the platform announcements?
IMO that just screams "the performance is bad"
Yes. The 221s that came in from Avanti might still have it installed, but the original crosscountry ones have it removed.
The 375 received new sounds, and all three trains had updated destination screens which scroll showing all stations the train calls at.
The tilting system has been removed from the XC 221s so it'd be unrealistic for them to be tilting anyway.
I got the impression that they were making an entirely new TT.
Class 158 Wessex Trains: [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I wonder whether they made the May or December 2019 timetable, as the December timetable change runs until May the next year, by which point,...
As well as the North Wales services the 221 sometimes operated the Scotland via Birmingham service, which is the service that'll be able to be...
I don't know how many trains a day there were but I'm fairly certain one of the Brighton services started at Great Malvern.
Unrelated to the route itself but Crosscountry used to have quite the network [ATTACH]
I assume it's to show how it can be used on free roam, as Crosscountry ran services to Brighton until 2008. Though back in those days the Gatwick...
IRL the first four Heathrow Connect class 360s were built as 350s as demo units and were converted to 360s when Heathrow Connect acquired them,...
Unplayable mightve been a bit of an exaggeration on my part. But there's no denying that the blurry textures are horrific.
I have a question for DTG Liam regarding the Heathrow connect class 350. Will they be formed of 5 cars and have the number range 350001-350004 as...
I'd be disheartened if the performance and blurriness hasnt been fixed. While features like announcements etc are good and all, I'd like to think...
Another thing that hasn't been mentioned is the sound updates to the Scotrail 170 to bring it up to the same standard as the XC one. It'd be a...
I saw a class 85 being transported by lorry on the motorway a couple of weeks ago, had no idea it was the only one!
I counted at least 10 Amtrak services that run up the Hudson Line and that'd be more than enough for me. They made the Flixtrain and that only...
HST in the earlier First Great Western livery: [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
In the article it said that the route will have all 3 350 variants in all liveries. We should expect: [IMG] 350/1 in Ex-London Midland livery....
Do any of those services run via Tame Bridge Parkway or are they all via Sandwell & Dudley?
I remember the main problem I had with WCMLS was with the timetable, the scenery being ok-ish but not the worst. Even if it is a mess, the good...
I'd rather they made an all-new timetable from scratch for the WCML South, as there's still quite a few missing services in the original, and a...
True. But IMO it would've been worth the extra effort, and I think most of the freight yards on SOS have long since closed. I mean they made...
If they made the Hudson line there'd be quite a bit more than 2 services.
It would have made the route so much better to have the Liverpool Lime Street branch, its only about 15ish miles and would have added so much to...
I imagine the on-board announcements will have fun with that one
