is there a fix to this im on the last timetable on socal journeys on cajon pass and i get teleported to a different location other than the train...

Hi i been playing tsw 5 on my Xbox one s and tracks and trains are blurry and i get sometimes 30 fps idk if this a bug can there be a fix to this
