Unless TSW adds an inverness to edinbrugh route I don't think they'll add the class 222's for ScotRail, since most city to city trains in scotland...
Out of curiosity, what issues are there with the 385? It appears realistic, drives without issue, not sure if the speed of breaking/acceleration...
For the Edinbrugh to Glasgow route DLC, the class 158's have access to a conductor mode, as 385's now regularly service this route, in replacement...
