No I've finished them with 1000 points.
Was playing some of the career scenarios that came with the GWR Pannier from Victory Works and scenarios finished successfully no issues there....
Probably one of those "finished successfully but we won't give no medal and XP at the end" scenario which seems like it affects the newer releases...

I'm assuming you need Hamburg Hanover for this route? As the one directly from JT says you need that line in order to work :)
