When you do a route using the 101 Expert. Your Avatar is sitting sideways and when you get half way through a journey. The Hub shows the doors open (When they're not) when you go out the cab. The speed on the speedometer goes off and doesn't show how fast your moving not slowing down and yet the throttle is still working and the brakes. When you slow down and stop well try and stop at a platform. The door open comes up showing passenger's getting on but the doors ain't opening. When you try and close the door the doors are still close.

Doors only work when ZS (Zugsammelschiene or Zugheizung, aka ETH (UK) or HEP (US)) is active. ZS is deactivated when passing a neutral section and must be switched on again, else you'll drain the batteries for powering the cars. Make sure the ZS indicator on the MFA/MFD is not illuminated.
