    How about peninsula corridor and bring it back to the 30s and have the map set in San Francisco the most Southern bit is the old torn up San Francisco train yard. and this map would be perfect for people that love freight switching sends back in 1938 San Francisco was a spider web of railroad tracks all across the city with industries everywhere.

    Good luck getting any reference for anything back in that day, historic aerials only has a small portion of San Francisco in 1931, with the next year being the 40's.

    Also I'm pretty sure the Santa Fe had trackage out there, which is a no go due to BNSF licensing.
