This is my first random derail while using the 1938 Stock, I noticed that releasing from Normal EP Brake to Min EP might have derail the train and which in many times while driving it, I never have this derailing issue until now so this is rare. I was doing the London Road Depot service to Queens Park in Journey Mode and I derailed at Warwick Avenue. From what I can investigate, it could be the brakes on the train or something at the station that caused this derail to happen. I did this route so many times and never have this issue on the 1972.
