I have been playing through Journey mode on the WCML south Euston to MK route, all working fine until i get to the !F14 Euston to Lime street Pendo service, go to load the service get the pop up to say what it is click continue an the train instantly derails on loading for all intents an purposes this is a stationary train at Euston the whole train from cab view looks like it flips over so of course the service instantly ends, went and tried the same service in timetable mode just in case it was a journey mode issue and exactly the same thing happens so suggests the service is broken.
