TSW4 broke the timetable system massively, stuck trains on signals are common all over the game now. You must open the map, click on the train and remove it. DTG gave you the tools to fix it yourself Alternative is to spawn on foot slightly earlier so the offending train is at a different position and doesn't spawn onto the signal which the game can't handle.
It's a core thing more than a content thing. They already know because it's happening all over the game, but don't count on a fix, especially not in the critical situation DTG and Focus are in right now, where bankruptcy can't be ruled out. All you can do is hope, or buy Focus shares (and still hope)
If I could predict that it's unlikely, I'd go in and mass buy Focus shares, which dropped from €52 in March to €11,70 now. Noone can predict that. Maybe it's going well and they'll (quickly) recover, or studios will get closed.
