I find this after a 193 scenario that ends so utterly stupidly after two absurd bugs that have been in TSW since at least TSW3 ... are you trying to get me to switch to SimRail and Run8 ?

Do you stop and think before more patronizing condescension to Paying Customers ?

Do Product Managers and Customer Managers ASK themselves "But who will want THIS as part of what they PAY for ?"

When Dovetail screws up, WE pay.

 

I’m no fan of conductor mode but clearly there’s a large section of the community who are. So I’d hardly call including them on an (in my view) a pointless mini game ann insult.

if you don’t want to do the tasks skip this months masterey. It’s not like you get anything meaningful for completion any way.

 

It would be more interesting if the passenger system in the game, worked. I've traveled a small route without a single ticket check challenge. On Cardiff

Don't like conductor mode, don't do the mastery. It's that simple.

 

I did some conductor mode services in Frankfurt-Fulda and WCML. The trains were empty, or all the passengers left the train when I first opened the doors. No tickets to check.

 

Now if this was real life, the conductor would probably be clapping their hands in glee. I would be anyway.

 

As I pointed out in the Mastery thread, there is a little exploit with Sandbox Switching on Sherman Hill, with completion counting towards Conductor mode. Just start the scenario, immediately walk to the completion marker and finish. Save just before hitting the marker and you can reload to rinse and repeat this getting both the scenario and conductor elements of the Mastery done in less than five minutes.
