20:19 Bst 7th September - Status Update (overnight)

The team has been working hard all day on the release and will now be resting up for tomorrow, below is a list of known issues from a non-gameplay perspective and what we will be focussing on when we are back at it in the morning

Thank you all for reporting issues and sharing solutions, it has been a monumental effort from all of us at Dovetail to make this process as smooth as possible and we all greatly appreciate your patience and support.

Steam:

• I̶s̶l̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶L̶i̶n̶e̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶2̶ ̶/̶ ̶E̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶C̶o̶a̶s̶t̶w̶a̶y̶ ̶D̶L̶C̶ ̶i̶s̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶a̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶o̶w̶n̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶S̶t̶e̶a̶m̶.̶
  This should be showing up again and working correctly.

Gamepass / Microsoft Store:

• Timetables, Trains and Rail Journeys are missing in the menu UI on the Microsoft Store (PC).
  You can still access Scenarios and Training Modules can be accessed by selecting a route first and timetable services can be driven while exploring on foot. We have a fix with Microsoft and are awaiting it to pass certification.
• Rapid Transit and Great Western Express not being available for some Xbox and Game Pass players. We have a working hypothesis for the problem and are testing.
• Crashes on startup for some Game Pass players related to an un-updated Wurzburg build.
  We are awaiting a build that is stuck in Microsoft certification process that we believe will fix this issue. FIXED

Xbox:

• The Motion Blur toggle will be going live with the mentioned Microsoft update above. See above for latest.

Playstation:

• Playstation App not showing the TSW Compatible DLC content.
  We believe this is a propogation issues, you may find restarting the app / updating your licenses can help.

Epic Games:

• Epic Game Store TSW Compatible DLC content not showing up in the add-on manager. We believe this to be an entitlement issue on Epic's end, and are in contact with them.

Non-Platform Specific:

• If you are experiencing crashing on the start of TSW compatible routes, make sure to check that no mods are installed on your system as this has been a common cause of error to some users.
• Some players are experiencing an issue preventing them from creating a new profile.
