Xbox Series X 2c73 Unable To Gain Brake Release

When playing the GWR 2C73 on riviera line I get to Dawlish and despite not using the DRA or Emergency to stop, the brakes are hard on and unable to be released

I have tried the troubleshooting of changing ends, drawing to the end of platform, then re-keying into the leading cab but still not again to gain release of brake pressure

 

You may have activated the hill start. Press the left trigger to activate/deactivate the hill start.

 

I’ve just done a few runs, one with hill start and one without and getting the same issues thank for the help
