PC 377/london Commuter 1r16 Standstill

While driving 1R16 from Victoria to Reigate, I am approach East Croydon and hit a red signal at Selhurst, platform #3. This red signal does not clear and there are two trains ahead that do not move. This makes it completely impossible to actually complete the route as there are two trains in the way that can't be moved.
