These don’t seem to be coming this week before the next Roadmap update, so I guess them showing as the next arrival doesn’t guarantee a release within 2-weeks of the Roadmap, which is fair enough.

Hopefully taking extra time to ensure the new releases aren’t riddled with issues like the last two sets.

I remember similar times and similar complaints on the Elite Dangerous forum. All the projects have been postponed, strongly.
    Here? I hope not :D

To be fair, they mentioned it several times that next arrival won't guarantee a release until the next roadmap update. Also there could be multiple updates from the next release section instead of one spanning all.
Let's just wait and see :)

Sometimes, as with the last phase of Preserved Collection, it might even come faster than expected and as a surprise ;)

Next arrival doesn't mean before next roadmap update. It means next game update.

My guess would be a content update once every month or so. If this is the case, we are looking for an game update in around two weeks time with the routes DLC dropping a couple of days after that (Isle of Wight wont necessary follow day and date though).

The fornightly roadmap is just to tell us what fixes are planned or being worked, as some fixes might be small so may jump from in production straight to next arrival. It will also tell up which track DLC is moving closer to release if they move from in production to upcoming (next roadmap update should include some preserved moved to upcoming as wasn't updated last time due to staff holidays)
