Xbox 465 Livery Designer On 8 Car Timetable Services

I made a 465 in Network SouthEast livery on livery designer, but it won’t let me use it on 8 car trains in Timetable.

Also, when doing the 465 8 car Ramsgate to Dartford Service, I passed an 8 car Al 465 heading to Rainham, which included my Network SouthEast 465 for some reason. I don’t understand why.

I don’t understand why I can’t use my Network SouthEast 465 on 8 car services in Timetable (NOTE: This doesn’t count for Scenario Planner.)

51 services = 4 car 465
85 services = 8 car 465s
51 services = 4 car Network SouthEast 465?

8 car Al Rainham (Kent) service = 465 + Network SouthEast 465?

MAIN NOTE: It is almost like every 465 livery I make, will only be allowed on 4 car services (51), and not 8 car services (85).
