Yes, go to your Railworks folder..... C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\ ...and make a shortcut to "Railworks64.exe" on your desktop... then run it by double clicking on that. You still need to be logged into Steam though, or it will not work (so far as I know), so kind of seams silly to be honest... may as well just run it from Steam. I suppose you could set Steam to automatically run when you boot... but that seems silly to.
