Hello all, To start, TS 2019 64 bit did originally start when I clicked it, but after uninstalling some unfamiliar programs from the windows control panel, I'm afraid I may have deleted something that the 64 bit program uses. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice, but when right clicking the game in the library and choosing the 64 bit option, I get a brief "preparing to lauch" window in Steam, but the game never opens up. Did I break it? 32 bit version still opens up and runs fine.
Hi ttjt_99, It's possible that you've inadvertently uninstalled something that Train Simulator depends on to function properly. Have a look at our guide on installing the required dependencies on our Knowledgebase. If you're still having problems after you've been through the article, drop our Support Team a note and let them know I asked you to get in touch. Best, Steve
Following on from Steve above. It may be best to UNinstall the dependencies first and then start from scratch following that guide
