I recently purchased the class 700 on MS Store, and it’s showing owned, but I can’t install it, checked my add on manager, not there, checked my store, it’s saying I own it but won’t let me install it
Currently the xbox store in down,this could be the reason for your issues.Frist GWE dlc now this.We barely get dlc sales routes go poof and disappear and the store messes up on us.What did we do to deserve all this.
Hey all, thanks for letting us know! I've raised this with our retail team and they are looking into it. As far as we are aware this has nothing to do with the GWE Add-On, as soon as we have news for you I'll let you know.
One colleague tried to get to the store page on Xbox and was able to, but we'll ask our QA team to test the purchasing progress, just to be sure. Just a few questions: What system are you using (i.e. Xbox Series X or S)? Are you trying to buy the Add-on through the Xbox store or the Microsoft PC store? Some have said they have there GWE dlc and some don't. Some have said they can't access the store and some can. Perhaps not all Microsoft store availability is the same everywhere at the same time.
Ah thanks for clarifying but I was finally able to do it, I had to reset my console to get it up to speed
I use a series S, and I got it on Microsoft store, but it is all good I was able to do it, I had to force reset my system as MS store was down
On the Xbox store they're currently doing a Publisher Spotlight sale that has TSW3 Deluxe edition in the image. Check the actual sale and it's not in there!
