7zip Issue

so when i try extracting a rwp file to a folder and it tells me that it cannot open file as archive any help needed?

 

Extract Assets or Contents folders to Railworks folder

 

but it says cannot open file as archive how can i fix that it has been irritating me for the past few days

 

Normally when you want to open a file you Right Click - Extract To
It will create a new folder of the same name as the rwp file.
