Hi, i'm using TSW6 and was using the 802. If you use the DRA on it, it will cause the red lockout and you will not be able to take power (which is how it's supposed to be) However when you reset the DRA you can still no longer proceed. This is 100% recreatable everytime, so please don't use the DRA.

I'm unsure if this has already been reported or not as i couldn't see any forum posts.

EDIT: Have now reported through the ticket system,
here is a video of the problem.

EDIT2: Just to also add this cannot be resolved by using the "RESET SIMULATION PHYSICS" either. I've tried saving and reloading. I can go into the other cab and drive from that end until i use the DRA there and it bugs that end too.

EDIT3: Also attached a post of someone else having the same issue here.... Riviera Line: Exeter – Plymouth & Paignton (incl. Class 150 & 802) - Feedback

I've had a response from my ticket which support have basically said it's not a bug.

    Hello ------,

Thank you for contacting Dovetail Player Support. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter challenges while operating your locomotive, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your feedback.

Based on the video you provided, we suggest a few adjustments to your start-up routine. When you insert the Master Key, set the throttle to forward, and turn on the headlights to Day, avoid applying the brakes and activating the DRA immediately, as this may cause the locomotive to lose power and become immobile.

If this issue arises, you can use the Reset Physics Simulation feature to resolve it:

    1. Reset Physics Simulation:
      • Navigate to Pause > Overview > Reset Simulation Physics.
      • This feature resets the locomotive to its initial state, allowing you to restart with basic procedures instead of troubleshooting numerous controls.

For a detailed understanding of your locomotive's start-up procedure, please play through the tutorial in the Training Center (Main Menu > Training Center).

If necessary, you can also restart the scenario as a last resort.

surely if i have to restart a scenerario to be able to drive again it's a bug, is it not?

The reason i recorded the video like that was because it's recreatable everytime, i'm not gonna waste my time re doing a scenerario to get half way through and use the DRA just to prove a point.

Had another response, which is more promising.

    Hello ----,

Thank you for providing additional information and the video, which helps us better understand the issue. We appreciate your effort in reporting this.

It appears that the DRA functionality on the Class 802 might not be working as expected, leading to power loss after resetting the DRA. We understand how this can disrupt your gameplay, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We will log this issue and forward it to our development team for further investigation.

To assist us in addressing this, could you please confirm the specific add-on in which you encountered this issue and from where you made the video recording?
