Xbox Series S 802 Is Unable To Apply Power

Just tried doing a service and haven't been able to complete it on the riviera line due to the train not willing to apply power. This happens after Newton abbot going towards Plymouty. I am 1 mile away from Plymouth and am on an incline. This issue has happened after Newton Abbot along the line. I did try this train on GWE and same thing happened

Update: was fine from Exeter, just later on from Newton Abbot
