So in this thread I would like to bring in a few things for the (arguably) most exciting route of TSW4! If you have other things feel free to add them, but I will concentrate on small things that might be possible to do First of all: The Br185.2. Again we will get the Railion variant which we already had on MSB and an improved version with KWG. Regarding that Railion isn’t a thing anymore for a few years and the RSN version also looks awesome with the normal DB „cookie“ I would really love to have the RSN version with the improved sound and physics from the KWG one. I think this might be an easy task to see because everything is already in game- it just has to be combined again Second thing: Br182 and IC coach repaint. The Br182 (in Austria 1016/1116) is the most commonly used loco. This loco with the normal ÖBB repaint would be perfect for freight services and also IC/EC services with repainted IC wagons from the Br101 add on. This might also be an easy task, but probably a bit harder to do. Therefore it would be perfect for another loco add on bundle Third thing: There is one ICE service on this route. A few years back (as this route is set) this service was also loco hauled! And for the ones who don’t know: The Br101 also runs in Austria! It would be a real treat to be able to run the Br101 with IC coaches at least once These are the ones I can think of at the moment. If I find something else I will add it to my list- and as said: Feel free to add your ideas to this thread! I really look forward to this game and especially this route and can‘t wait to get my hands on it. And I think with these small changes this route could easily dethrone DRA as the best route ever! (Shitstorm incoming) Cheers!
There is plenty of layering opportunity, because Austria uses the same voltage and safety systems as Germany so DB (and Railpool and MRCE) trains can and do cross the border without difficulty, and vice versa. Done properly, München should have a fair chunk of OBB trains.
Also: I wonder on which locos will substitute for the Br185.2- are there any information on this yet?
