A final bit of help – Pylon animations

    Hi all.

Thanks to all the modders and geek coders I’’ve got TSW running in an incredible way.
I have almost infinite draw distance, shadows to the horizon, no pop-ins and the cashe loads up at start.

    Its visually wonderful.

The last thing I’m trying to amend is a matter of personal gaming choice. It wont bother people much at all, but something I want to change for myself.

It’s the speed animations on pylons and objects as I whizz by. Its not a motion blurr, but an affect that seems coded into the game.

Is there a way I can shut these off, such as via the ini file?

    huuuge thanks

Do you mean the ghosting effect as you pass by them? If so, then thats an anti-aliasing issue.

I thought it was an issue at first then decided it must be a feature. I guess not?

is there anyway I can ger rid of it?

    thanks

Set anti-aliasing to FXAA or Off, and increase the screen percentage if your rig can handle it.

    Cheers for the advice.

I set the anti-aliasing to both FXAA and off.

Sadly it looks awful on my set up when I do that.

I tried the screen on different sizes: 200%, 150% and 125%. It really eats into the frame rate.
I currently have it at 90% mostly because i have almost infinite draw and shadow distances plus lots of other ini tweaks maxing out the game.

All being well, I should have a new PC next month which will be able to tackle all that and more (24 core i-9 6.Mhz and a 16GB graphics card).

    huge thanks tho
