Hello everyone! As a Moroccan I would love to see some Moroccan routes and trains represented in TSW. The creation tools in TSW made it easier to make ONCF (Office national des chemins de fer) liveries on similar train locomotives and cars (Image on top was made in TSW5, image below, liveries 1,2 and 3 are made by me), like the BR 193 Vectron instead of Alstom Prima II, The Duplex instead of Euroduplex, and SD40-2 instead of NGT26CW-3. I think a dedicated Moroccan DLC would bring a lot of old and new players to the game, as the Moroccan railway routes have different scenery and infrastructure that offer high replayability and introduce new environment to explore. Here is a quick presentation of Moroccan routes:

Tangier – Kenitra: Morocco’s high-speed line, a 40 minutes modern and scenic route reaching 320 km/h. Train: TGV Al Boraq (Alstom Euroduplex)

Kenitra – Rabat - Casablanca: An urban regional commuter line, the busiest route in Morocco, with trains departing every 30 minutes. Train: Z2M.

Marrakech - Casablanca – Fes: An iconic long-distance electric route with diverse geography. Train: Atlas (A long formation of Alstom Prima II + 9 cars or more)

Fes – Oujda: A remote diesel-powered one-way line with really challenging weather and terrain. Train: NGT26CW-3

There are some other branch routes but these are the main ones. Given the length of some of these routes (6h30 Marrakech to Fes, and 5h30 Fes to Oujda) and the infrastructure change between lines (TGV continue after Kenitra towards Casablanca but only at 160-200 km/h speed), here are my suggestions of the suitable routes for the sim:
    • TGV Line, Tangier-Rabat (Al Boraq): will give the player a mixed gameplay of high-speed line (Tangier-Kenitra) and a 160/200 km/h ride in a busy route with slightly different signalization.
    • Regional Line, Kenitra-Casablanca (Z2M): offers a 1h40min challenge to stay on the schedule with multiple 1-minute stops as its branded by the ONCF.
    • Atlas Line, Kenitra – Fes (Atlas): A 2h20min route with a more relaxed schedule and great scenery.
    • Diesel Line, Fes-Oujda (NGT26CW-3): is a long route but if you want a completely different scenery and gameplay it can be shortened into Taourirt-Oujda 1h40min diesel ride.
I'd love to see Morocco represented in TSW, there's so much potential in its modern and diverse railway system. Although, I can’t imagine what it takes to bring a real-world route into a simulator, getting permissions to represent routes, trains and brands, designing the environment and the dynamic weather, implementing stations and signaling, deciding if the DLC will be popular enough to justify making it in the first place... So, the fact that people will read this, consider it and give some feedback is more than enough for me. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy TSW 5, create and share liveries and formations with the community. Thank you!
