well just some class 43s at paddington station, right?

well if you look closely you will notice a train at the background, which looks like a heathrow connect class 360 EMU

so could this hint that the class 360 could be secretly comming to TSW6? because if its that then..... NO WAY!!!!! that would be great

Has the ability to just ask a question and await answers from people been lost on the newer generation of forum dwellers, as certain people just seem to slap pointless polls on simple straight forward questions....

Why ask a question and make a poll if you are not looking for answers ?

Interesting, but I reckon it’s a case of using what stock we have available + some creative licensing to buff out the remaster timetable. Similar to the 710’s masquerading as Elizabeth Line stuff on Mildmay / NLL.

I think what this really shows is how much effort, detail and love (blood, sweat and tears) Liam is putting into this remaster.

From the top of my head, the only missing layer between London and Reading will be the Night Riviera.

Assuming all the latest stock is being used, we’ll possibly see:

    XC 220’s at Reading
    350’s as 450’s at Reading for SWT/SWR
    378’s as Heathrow Express
350’s as 360’s for Heathrow Connect
D Stock as Circle/Hammersmith Tube Stock
    HST’s as standard
    166’s as standard
    802 with one test service
+ railtour, heritage and static stock.

And even if just speculation, why not just post it in the GWE remaster thread? What is it with people who think what they have to say is SO IMPORTANT that they need their OWN THREAD?

If people just followed the GWE remastered thread they'd know exactly what rolling stock has been repurposed in advance without the need to speculate about or set their expectations up.

(Not meant to come across sarcastically by the way, as I know messages don't translate well over the internet).

Yeah Liam's used some creative license to get close to all the real traffic of the time period. We have the Class 484 confirmed as being used to substitute for the Hammersmith and City Line as well.

I'm guessing these Heathrow Connect services might be playable up to Hayes and Harlington?
