When Karlsruhe came out with the 2022 deluxe edition, I grabbed it - pretty reasonable price for four routes I didn't have. I had a few issues but the main one being that one of the trains was missing! The 402 ICE 2. I worked with support and we had some back and forth problem solving with Chris and finally tonight was advised the problem was resolved and that Steam would down load a patch, and it did. The train is back! I just thought I'd mention this because I often see people whining about support and I have to give a positive nod to Chris who went through what probably isn't an exciting problem for either of us, but within a few days the problem was understood, corrected and I'm now able to drive the train. So when the support people go through their seemingly meaningless do this do that script - give it a go, you might just provide the information they need to help you and other people. I've thanked Chris directly via email but thought I'd pop this in here too. Paul
