When Sherman Hill was launched, it didn't have the AC4400CW layer substituting the SD70Ace. ( Matt told on the launch stream that it had some bugs during testing; hence, removed ) So I was using a mod to do the same for a long time now. Today I uninstalled all the mods for testing something and realized that AC4400CW still shows up in the timetable, even without the mod. Is it some sort of bug on my end ?! OR Is this really an official thing now ? ( If Yes ) For how long is this happening ? ( I might've missed the announcement )
Yes, official now. It was actually always on the route, but only showed up as a pusher at the back of some trains. But not at the front or as a user controllable loco. Now since the TSW3 upgrade the route had a few weeks ago they are user selectable and can show up at the front of the consists. It wasn't announced officially but just sort of showed up.
Thanks... Yes, I do remember them being the trailing loco. Anyways, that's amazing & certainly a promise they kept !
