What you've got here is a cool sulzer based english locomotive but its in BR green and the model is part of the preserved locomotives. Suggesting a class 33 BR Blue in it's standard condition based on the time period and live. They were seen on Hastings Line. Or if you want, give us the 33 in BR blue on the old Pennie DLC from previous versions of TSW with the usual package, introduction, scenarios and services. I'd blend in nicely until you figure out what line it can be put on
