I dreamed of being able to play on this route for a while now and think it would be a perfect fit for Train Sim World 3 as an Addon. The route from Bern to Zurich offers so many possibilities. There could be an Intercity train service like the IC1 or some Interregio services like the IR17 or IR35. Even having some part of a few S-Bahn Services would be possible like the S4 in Bern. The route has a lot of focus on passenger Travel but there are also freight trains that run on the branch line via Burgdorf. The route is around 104 km long. There are several operators on the route: SBB, BLS, and SOB As for the specifics of the Addon a Route layout like this would be perfect since it would allow a faster track for direct travel and a branch track for a slower route for Interregio Services and S-Bahn services. Notable Stations include: Bern, Burgdorf, Olten, Aarau and Zurich. There are also a bunch of smaller Stations but this would be too much for this Thread. As for rolling stock, there is a lot of potential: for Intercity trains the SBB RABe 502 would be great for faster travel And for Interregios and S-Bahn Services the BLS RABe 515, BLS RABe 528 and the SOB RABe 526 would be great of course these are too many to add. Excellent idea overall but you have a problem for the freight trains you were having them go all the way to Zurich Central Station yet in reality they should be ending in Rangierbahnhof Zürich Limmattal
