A Thank You Message from the CALM Team

Hi everyone!

It’s Charlie here from the Digital team at The Campaign Against Living Miserably. I wanted to drop by quickly to say a massive THANK YOU for the support and positivity you’ve shared around the recent Humble Bundle with Dovetail Games and how it’ll help CALM.

We know that gaming has such a positive effect on people’s wellbeing, with series like Train Sim World being a perfect way to escape the pressure of everyday life and kick back for a few hours.

As well as helping you chill out, this bundle is also directly helping others who may be struggling, by supporting the services CALM offers, such as our lifesaving helpline. It costs £12.20 to fund a call to our helpline, a call that can be the difference when someone is struggling most, helping them see a way forward and ultimately deciding to STAY. The £15,000 you’ve raised is enough to potentially fund over 1200 of these calls, which will make such a massive impact and genuinely save lives.

So again, thank you. For your support in this bundle and the warmth we’ve received from you and Dovetail Games. It really has been great and we hope you’ll continue to support CALM, remembering we’re here if you ever need that help.
