Train Sim World 3 Ability To Create Custom Consist In Tsw3

Please, please Dovetail Dudes, make it so we can create custom consist in TSW 3! This is one of my very favorite features in Train Simulator Classic!

 

If you mean the ability to pick and choose multiple liveries for a timetable run train with multiple units as well as set the rolling stock to be used or seen -- then count me in.

 

That is exactly what I mean. I would love to lash up an F7 to a ES44 just for fun!

 

Creating your own consist has been a staple in Train Simulations for decades. That it's not been made available in TSW yet is quite bad.

 

Please DTG add this.

 

Matt said he wants this to come to tsw and is high up on the highly requested features list. So it will come at some point, but not anytime soon

 

well well well its here *says the next sentence extremly mad* BUT THEY FRICKEN FORGOT GAMEPASS AAAAAAGH(Only in tsw 2 3 and 4 on steam and epic games i belive)

 

If you're talking about formation designer, that's currently on PC as a beta.

It will come soon, have patience.

Dtg mentioned soon. There's just some bugs to iron out. I've experienced missing trains and coaches, crashes in some cases, the naming doesn't make sense and sometimes the formation logic doesn't make sense. I can connect a 142 to a 158 but not a 158 to a 142. Don't know if it's been updated though. In other words, if I place the 142 first, it lets me place a 158. But if I place a 158, it only gives me options to place a 158

You could honestly just spawn it in free roam and not have to worry about the restrictions for some formations
