Ability To Look Out Of The Cab Windows Even If Shunting Controls Are Absent.

    I have to admit, this would be a small change that would probably impact a very small part of the population, I hope this is offset by the fact that this should (hopefully) be easy to implement, since this feature is already existent on various german trains.

    As per title my suggestion is simply to have the option of looking out the cab windows, even if there aren't any shunting controls, as I said this is already available on some trains, and in the locos that have it I have recently started to do my stations stops like this

    And I think it would be cool to have this option on all rolling stock.

    There is nothing wrong in using the interior views (like this)

    But I think it would be a small and cool immersion boost for (I guess) the 3 people that do stops like myself, also switching internal cameras can be quite clunky with a controller (in fact I use my keyboard for this sort of stuff).
