Yes, I know V and shift-V will do it. But I'd like to know where the cab control is- I can't find it. Surely the RL loco has them....

When sitting in the engineers seat above your head on the right side there controls for the wipers.

    Thanks!

While we are are at it- does the 4400 have a visible Alerter warning light, beyond the microscopic countdown timer in the MFD? And does it have an EOTD system anywhere, the equivalent of the convenient box on your left in the EMD engines?

It‘s on the MFD. There‘s a box labeled rear on it which tells you the brake pipe pressure at the EOTD.

Is there a tail-end accelerometer? I actually find that the more useful readout on the EMDs.

I don't think so, but I could be mistaken.

The MFD has an indication of whether the EOTD is stopped or moving under the throttle position indication on the right side of the screen, but I have not found an accelerometer.

A shame, that. It's useful to know whether the back end is pushing or dragging me.
