Just messing around in Cumberland Yard, I decided to work through the shutdown and start procedures on all 3 locos. The EMD engines were no problem. But the 4400 in-cab shutdown button doesn't work - and, no, pulling the fuel pump breaker doesn't do it, either - and then after a Shift-Z keyboard shutdown the thing refuses to restart (yes, the selector switch is in Start).
