Please give some more info Do you mean you're creating a scenario and want to access the files or that you've downloaded from workshop and want to know how to run or something completely different?
JW If you do NOT UNSUBSCIBE a WorkShop scenario then it stays on your computer for ever. You can access any subscribed WS scenario on your PC at any time by using the Menu Tabs, FR, QD, Career, or Standard depending on what type of scenario it is/was. You do not need to "save as I go" unless you want to stop the scenario to resume it later - but note some scenarios misbehave if you do that - especially if the player train (you) is moving.
