Xbox PC Account Is Not Transferred, And Compatibile Content.

I started TSW5 for the first time today and I noticed that my in-game account is at level 1. After a bit of research I found out that the account from tsw4 can be exported to tsw5, but when I started the game for the first time I didn't have the option to import an account. I could only start a new one. My Dovetail Live account was transferred, however, and so were my screenshots and repaints, but my game progress was not.

I've looked through the game files but I have no idea which file is used to transfer my account. It's a little frustrating to be downgraded from level 52 to 1.

And it's important to note. I've already noticed that dovetail is taking care of compatible content that doesn't work and I wanted to point out that "Niddertal Bahn" and "Munich Augsburg" don't work either. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to all the bugs being fixed, then the fun can really begin.

 

I'm having the exact same issue here, there was no option to use my existing profile from TSW4

 

Do you both have a 'TrainSimWorld4' folder in here?

 

I had the same problem last year with TSW4 importing from TSW3. The trick was to do the import on an XBOX and then it syncs to PC as well. All good if you have an XBOX, not so good if you only have the PC Version.
