Where's this? In game or on a teaser video? Or did you Photoshop it in?! Maybe it was originally supposed to be included, but they realised more people would buy that as a DLC than the weird purple one, so they've held it back. That could be why it's already modelled, but not on the roadmap.
Can you share the original source location? I had a feeling the Acela would see the light of day - I mean, what good excuse is there not to include it. Hopefully this means a DLC is coming unless the photo is photoshopped and this is some sort of cruel prank.
