Hi Is ACSES supposed to control speeding above the MAS? Alerter is in the active state. For example, the display shows a speed limit of say 65 but the train is moving above 80 mph while the "MAS" lamp is active. The ACSES appears to kick only at low speeds. This is illustrated on the NJT and Amtrak ACS64. Thank you
