Actual Speed Limit Display

Hi DTG Team,

TSW2 is really awesome. But would it be possible to get the actual allowed speedlimit be displayed on the screen in the top right corner like the upcoming next speed limit and signal aspect? I would love to deactivate the big HUD but its the only way to get the actual speedlimit dispalyed.

Seconded. Same here. Really wanna try to focus using the in cab instruments without the hud down right, without turning everything off. But I often forget the current speed limit, p.ex. after stopping in station. Would be great if it said current speed next to the next speed limit.

 

play with CTRL and numbers 1-8 they do everything about removing stuff from the hud

 

It’s been requested before a number of times but never made an appearance sadly.

As far as I’m concerned I’d get rid of the HUD entirely if you could have the current and upcoming speed limit available in the top right corner.

 

The possibilty to change the size of the hud in game would be also awesome

 

Isn't this possible already in the menu? You can set it to be small or large.

 

You can but small is massive!

 

You can turn everything off, but keep the next speed limit in the HUD. There is no way to see the actual speed limit in the HUD outside the Speedometer HUD.

 

Small is way to big. Also with big resolution

I can also not understand the position of the hud. In forza for example you can put it on the limits of your screen. Here it just takes place for nothing

 

The small HUD is indeed still too large, and I'd wish I could move it further into the corner of my screen as well.
TSW2 HUD is an improvement over the TSW2020 HUD, but in many ways I still prefer the good old Train Simulator HUD.
