Uhh what route is there - gwe isn't electrified ergo its impossible, unless we get an ecml route (south, south midland, upon thyne, Leeds or cross border) we aren't getting an lner one... there is one scenario - updated ntp electrified with a ntp hiatchi - sounds stupid but we aren't getting an updated gwe anytime soon and no ecm likely
Rubbish. The class 800 is a BMU and GWE is partially AC covered for the panto. A five car set has 3 diesel motors, and a 9 car has 5. The only hurdle is the time period, not the physical limitations.
the 800 could kinda make sense for the GWE route, though it would probably be just test trains (Or maybe a few Normal services; though unlikely) , though the OHLE not going to reading on that route would make it a little off
The 800 is bimode bruh. and we can get a gwml route thats not paddington to reading, it's very much possible.
Yes agreed we need a class 800 in tsw, personally I would like it on the ecml north if it ever comes out.
Yes, but because it's only 2 stations. It should be Doncaster to York then Leeds then the 800 can stop at more stations and are also lot's of commuter services
