For those that don't know, FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution) runs games at a lower resolution and reconstructs the image for an FPS increase with minimal impact to visual quality. It's basically the same as DLSS, except it works on basically any GPU, including on consoles. It really helps people with slower systems have an enjoyable experience. In certain games, such as those with weak TAA implementations, it can even make the game look better than original. TSW definitely has poor TAA, if you've wondered why things sometimes look weird when something passes in front of them (eg. windscreen wipers) that's because of TAA. FSR 2.1 can fix that, and can even be used at native resolution to just improve visuals without the performance boost.
