Hi, I’ve recently posted about this but can’t see post on forum. I have TSW2 collectors edition and trying to install ‘West Somerset line’ add on.. it will download from PlayStation store but won’t install.. when I click on ‘start’ message screen comes up stating that cannot access store?.. also I cannot access store from Home Screen whilst in the game?… any ideas as I want to purchase ‘spirit of steam’ but reluctant in case same issues arise.. thanks in advance

Thanks, tried the link but that won’t let me go any further as requesting me to login. I try to login and now get error message saying no matches!!!.. click on ‘forgot password’ option and given response an email will be sent to reset.. no email arrives!! Getting more & more frustrated!!..
It seems like it is a separate account to your Forum login so you will probably have to create an account if you haven't done so before.
