Do you have TSW2020 installed with Rapid Transit? It still has a conflict issue with me. Try restarting the Xbox then opening TSW2 (making sure those add-ons are installed in the manage game area.
Yes TSW 2020 is installed with Rapid Transit. They’re actually on the installed list in the manage game area but don’t show up on my available routes list on the game itself.
As can be seen GWE and Rapid Transit are both installed but don’t show as available. They won’t launch from the store either. I’ve uninstalled them and reinstalled them but still nothing.
See if uninstalling Rapid Transit from TSW2020 and TSW2, restarting Xbox, then installing TSW2 Rapid Transit only fixes the issue. Other thing is are you using the Xbox profile that is linked to the licence of those add-ons (the purchaser)? If the purchaser sets the Xbox as their home console, all their purchases should work for other users without them needing to sign in.
I would suggest sending in a support ticket in that, because you should be seeing a slider bar to the right of your installed content. That would indicated that there is another page.
I was sent codes by support to obtain the two routes from the store. I used the link on my email which is different to the shared one used on the family Xbox. I then managed to get my email invited and added to the Xbox which is how I managed to install them. Maybe that’s the problem? Hopefully there’s a way to reverse this. So frustrating. I’ve submitted a ticket. Shame there isn’t a live chat option. This has been going on and on.
So with that same email sign into the Xbox and make that one your home console in the settings so all users can play it? I take it you redeemed the code on the Xbox/MS store.
Yes I did but on my phone via a link. I then realised when I went onto the Xbox I should’ve signed in on my phone as the Xbox account. This has turned into a real headache
