The Baltimore light rail system is located in north america. This is a great surprise to tsw4 as the game never experienced a tram in the game before

There’s a suggestion forum for this and honestly as DTG is the publisher of TramSim on console, and the upcoming one (City Transport Simulator for consoles and PC), I don’t think they’ll invest their times and resources doing a light rail or tram line, but who knows.

Yes this belongs in the Suggestion forum where, over the years, several threads have been started regarding possible tram or light rail projects. However none have been adopted, seems there is no interest at the decision making level in bringing this type of route to TSW.

While there's not that much of a chance this would happen, I'd actually appreciate more AI Tram layers.. chemnitz for example.

Not playable, but we do have Edinburgh trams on the Edinburgh to Glasgow route by Rivet.

Baltimore light rail would be a great addition - long route length (esp. for North American LRT), diverse scenery (street-running urban, industrial, rural, suburban, and airport), and unique trains.

Unfortunately, given 1) MTA Maryland’s apparent stance on licensing (see MARC train), and 2) lack of general awareness about Baltimore transit, it’s unlikely this would happen. FWIW, I totally support the idea - I pitched the Metro Subway in the Suggestions forum a few years ago.

Your new, so you have no idea about how DTG has handled stuff in the past.

The chances of this are slim to none.

Badner Bahn aka tram-train would also be cool, but would require tons of resources cos it travels like half its length through dense areas of Vienna and even outside where it runs as a local train have a lot of scenery and buildings... so even though I would love it, slim chance here :'(

Bring It On although they might have it easier the Boston green line MBTA which itself is a light rail system dating back to the 1800s starting with the Tremont street Subway. If you want one running two universities on the Boston side e Branch Tufts University down to heath Street Medical Center via Northeastern University
